Your next opportunity

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Technical Process Manager to join our team and revolutionise our process and board quality performance. You will be our quality assurance champion, leading a talented team to optimise board quality and enhance efficiency.

With a focus on compliance with environmental policies, you will address non-conformances and implement corrective actions. Working closely with our R&D team, you will collaborate on exciting projects, bringing invaluable insights for troubleshooting and product development. Your expertise

We're looking for an experienced leader who has a passion for continuous improvement and proven people skills.

If you have transferable skills gained from experience in the Environmental Science, Mining and Gas sectors, please apply! The recently promoted incumbent was a successful Electrician prior to joining Etex, so If you're organised, a "go-getter" and have a background in manufacturing (or similar), and have the proven ability to inspire teams to bring their A-Game every day, we want to hear from you!

Although a tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering will certainly be advantageous for this role, it's by no means essential.
