We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a new Residential Sales Manager to strengthen the Etex team within the Siniat Building Performance Division! This full-time opportunity is based in Beenleigh, QLD with travel required throughout Queensland (mostly South East QLD).

About the Opportunity

Targeting high-volume residential builders, our next Residential Sales Manager will drive market share within the residential builder market segment of the Queensland Region. This will be achieved through targeted sales and account management activities focusing on major residential home builders and major residential plastering contractors.

Core duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the relationship with strategic residential homebuilders in Qld.
  • Account manage Etex Australia’s strategic residential plastering contractors.
  • Research, identify and blueprint strategic homebuilder, residential plasterers, and market segment information to develop appropriate targets.
  • Identify decision-makers throughout a company, targeting the key contact needed to influence plasterboard and Siniat branded compound purchases.

You will also use your market intelligence to ensure client satisfaction and raise the Etex Australia / Siniat solutions in the region.

This role offers flexibility and autonomy within a team environment. You will be given the freedom and flexibility to perform at the highest level.

Who Are We Looking For?

This opportunity is open to applicants with experience in high-volume sales and an understanding of the construction industry. Existing relationships with high volume residential builders will be highly regarded.

You will also need to possess strong relationship management abilities in order to drive sales and market share within our network of homebuilders in Queensland. Strong administrative and time management skills will also be essential in this role.

The many variables that present themselves means that you need to be highly adaptable and responsive to changing plans, delivering the best possible outcome for all parties.

Experience with B2B sales is essential and will help you hit the ground running in your new role. Experience in building industry sales will be highly regarded and your highly developed communication skills will be critical to your success.

Teammate Story - Michael Simpson

When Australia suffered devastating bushfires I wondered what I could do to help, apart from donating money. I decided to put my knowledge of fire sciences to practical use and join the local NSW Rural Fire Service as a volunteer.

Having previously served in the Australian Army, I have always had a passion for giving back and being part of something larger than oneself.
