We have recently implemented a new structure in our global Human Resources division, OneHR and are looking for a Total Rewards Manager to join our team and help us implement our new global Compensation and Benefits framework across the APAC region. This is a full-time position, allowing you to work anywhere in the region.
Your next opportunity
Working closely with the Head of Rewards, you will primarily be responsible for the deployment and roll-out of the global Reward strategies, policies and programs in the APAC region. This role offers you an exciting and unique opportunity for regular monthly travel across the APAC Region experiencing different cultures and locations. During this time, you will have the chance to meet a variety of people and build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders in each country as you set up and roll out the framework.
Your core duties will be in the following areas:
- Implement the Global Compensation and Benefits policies in the region;
- Contribute to the design and review of salary structures, in line with the global Etex Reward structure;
- Ensure all rewards and costs align with the organisation’s objectives, culture and philosophy;
- Design local policies and ensure all employee benefits in the region align with the global structure and strategy; and
- Support change and education of a wide range of local managers on global projects and platforms.
You will also assist and advise the Regional HR team on the Compensation and Benefits topics and contribute to the overall success of the business.
What you will bring to the team
To succeed in this role, you will possess a Degree (Master's preferred) in Applied Economics, Human Resources or Business Administration, and a formal qualification in job grading and job evaluation. You will also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Compensation and Benefits space. You could be an experienced player in the C&B space, or a HR generalist with extensive exposure to managing and delivering frameworks of that nature.
A strong understanding and knowledge of numeracy, Human Resources Management Systems programs, and Microsoft Excel are a must!
You will be a passionate team player with a hands-on approach and the ability to make good and effective decisions. Importantly, you will have strong change management skills and be able to successfully transition each country’s local Compensation and Benefits structures to a consistent global structure.
We are looking for an individual who is an absolute Master in relationship building and management! Crucial to your success will be your strong communication skills and your ability to effectively train, mentor and build relationships with various stakeholders in the region.
