About the Opportunity

Etex now has a full-time, newly created opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team in Beenleigh, QLD on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will manage customer enquiries, order creation, and logistics bookings.

You will also mentor and train your team, who are mainly based in Brisbane with a few team members in our other Australian offices. Etex are experiencing significant growth, and want the customer service team to grow and thrive alongside it. You will have the opportunity to make this role your own, growing and mentoring a team of capable professionals. 

Who is Etex looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a customer service leader. You will also have strong administrative skills. 

Maturity, common sense, and strong interpersonal skills will take you far in this role. You will be organised, have a customer service focus and the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life in a positive way.
